Can freshers apply?

Yes, freshers are welcome to apply for internship programs and entry-level roles such as AutoCAD Draftsman and Site Engineer. We look for strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn.

Do you offer remote work?

Some design and coordination roles may offer hybrid arrangements. Site-based roles require on-site presence. Details are discussed during the interview process.

What software skills are required?

Depending on the role, we look for proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar structural engineering and BIM tools. Training is provided for the right candidates.

What is the interview process?

After application screening, shortlisted candidates attend a technical interview followed by an HR discussion. The full process typically takes 1–2 weeks.
